Animal Deterrents |

| Animal in the attic problems are building
problems. They occur because the structure is letting animals run
in and out at certain points. Solving these problems correctly
means fixing the structure to not allow entry. Any solution that
does not address the structure is not a solution at all. |

| There are no sprays, granules, or chemicals
that will keep critters out of the attic or away from the home.
There ARE a lot of such products that are sold, but I have personally
worked at countless homes where simple sprays failed. |

| Ultrasonic or light-emitting devices will not
scare animals off. Critters will adjust to the new effects and
will quickly grow accustomed to them. |

| Animal prevention begins and
ends with structural repairs. Do not waste your money on deterrent
devices or chemicals. |
